Just Because! Anime's English Dub Cast Revealed

Sentai Filmworks began streaming a video revealing the English dub cast for Just Because! on Wednesday.

The cast, under director John Swasey, includes:

·         Luci Christian as Mio

·         Blake Shepard as Haruto

·         Patricia Duran as Hazuki

·         Brittney Karbowski as Ena

·         Adam Gibbs as Junpei

·         Andrew Love as Rikuo

·         Bryson Baugus as Nakajima

·         Cat Thomas as Yoriko

·         Christie Guidry as Musuki

·         Christina Kelly as Sanae

·         Josh Morrison as Watanabe

·         Mike Haimoto as Karou

·         Scott Gibbs as Toru

·         Skyler Sinclair as Mayuko

·         Stephanie Wittels as Momka

Additional cast members include Avery Smithhart, Caitlyn French, Courtland Johnson, Elizabeth Byrd, Heidi Hinkle, Joanne Bonasso, John Gremillion, Maggie Flecknoe, Marissa Lenti, Mike Vance, Olivia Swasey, Patrick Marrero, Shannon Emerick, and Shelly Calene-Black.

Sentai Filmworks will release the series on Blu-ray Disc on February 26.

The anime premiered in Japan in October 2017. Sentai Filmworkslicensed the anime and streamed it on Amazon's now-defunct Anime Strike platform in the United States. The anime is now streaming on HIDIVE.

For a group of high school seniors, a chance reunion with a transfer student will change the course of their final year. Eita Izumi has come back to his hometown after four years and encounters some unlikely acquaintances: Haruto Soma, Eita's childhood friend; Ena Komiya, the photography student who witnesses Eita and Haruto's reunion; Mio Natsume, whose feelings for her middle school crush still linger; and Hazuki Morikawa, a girl who seems uninterested in romantic relationships.

Atsushi Kobayashi (Girls & Panzer storyboards, episode director) directed the anime at PINE JAM, with Hajime Kamoshida (The Pet Girl of Sakurasou) as the scriptwriter and Kiseki Himura (Sword Art Online: Progressive manga, Tawawa on Monday) as the original character designer. Hiroyuki Yoshii (Tawawa on Monday) adapted the character designs for animation.
