Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress Movie Releases Teaser PV and Visual!

Kabaneriof the Iron Fortress: Unato Kessen has released a new teaser visual and PV!

The visual features a brand new illustration by the TV series’ animation character designer and chief animation director Ebara Yasuyuki of Mumei in tears while snow falls around her. Alongside the visual, the movie also released a teaser trailer which features Mumei looking back on meeting Ikoma.

Set in a world where humans must protect themselves from corpses transformed by a virus into undead creatures called Kabane, Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress follows a young man named Ikoma who becomes a Kabaneri - a half-human, half-Kabane hybrid. The TV anime first aired in Apr. 2016 and went on to receive two compilation movies that premiered in Dec. 2016 and Jan. 2017.

Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress: Unato Kessen opens in Japanese cinemas in spring 2019.
