Everyone's favorite robot cat will be back on Mar. 1, 2019 with Doraemon the Movie: Nobita no Getsumen Tansaki!

In Doraemon the Movie: Nobita no Getsumen Tansaki, when a #333 light is found on the surface of the moon, Nobita is convinced that it is the moon rabbit from folklore. Then, one day, a mysterious transfer student appears at his school...

The movie is directed by Yakuwa Shinnosuke who also directed the 2014 movie Doraemon: New Nobita's Great Demon—Peko and the Exploration Party of Five, and it is written by Tsujimura Mizuki.

In addition to a special video introducing the project plus a teaser visual, several prominent actors have been announced as special voice guests, including Hirose Alice, Yagira Yuya, and Yoshida Kotaro.

Doraemon the Movie: Nobita no Getsumen Tansaki is slated to open in Japanese theaters on Mar. 1, 2019.
