Dimension High School Live-Action/Anime Show's Video
Reveals New Cast, Theme Song, January 10 Debut

Kakumei Anime: Dimension High School (Super-Dimensional
Revolution Anime - Dimension High School) original live-action/anime hybrid
television show posted a new
promotional video for the show on Wednesday. The video reveals another cast
member, the opening theme song, and the show's January 10 premiere.
The
anime will premiere on Tokyo MX (at 10:00
p.m.), J:COM, and GyaO! on January 10,
and will premiere on BS Fuji on January 13.
Shouta Aoi will join the anime as the Dimensional Messenger. The
Dimensional Messenger narrates the video above.
Takahide Ishii, Takeo Ōtsuka, Shōhei Hashimoto, and Takuma Zaiki will perform the opening theme song "Here we go!" as
their characters under the unit name 4 Dimensions.
The show will
have both live-action and anime parts, with Yuuichi Abe (Carino Coni, The Girl in Twilight) as director, and Izumi (Touken Ranbu) as character
designer. Polygon Pictures is animating the 3DCG
animation parts, and the actors themselves are performing motion capture for
the animation.

Takuya Eguchi as Spudio the 22nd, a talking meteorite who holds the key to the
story

Sphinx, a god of destruction who aims to subjugate the 3D world
The show's story centers on five high school
boys who are taking remedial classes, when they are suddenly sent across
dimensions to an anime world. The story develops as they cross between both the
real and anime worlds.
Ai
Nimoda will launch a manga adaptation on the pixiv Sylph website on Thursday. The show also has a radio program
titled Dimension High
School - Hōkago Jishūshitsu (After School Private Study
Room) that debuted on October 19 on Radio Osaka, Radio Cloud, and Nico Nico Channel, with Ishii and Ōtsuka as hosts.
