Mix Baseball Anime Reveals Staff, Visual, April 2019
Premiere
The
official website for the television anime adaptation of Mitsuru Adachi's Mix baseball manga
revealed the anime's staff and April 2019 premiere on Thursday. The anime will
air on NTV and YTV on Saturdays at 5:30 p.m.
(the timeslot that Ace Attorney Season 2 is airing in now).
The site also
revealed a teaser visual.

Noriko Hidaka will reprise her role as Minami Asakura from the Touch anime.
The manga's story is set in Meisei Academy about 30 years after
the events in Adachi's Touch manga. The story centers on
two step brothers who are aiming to compete in the national Kōshien baseball
tournament.
Adachi launched the
series in Shogakukan's Monthly Shonen Sunday magazine in 2012,
and the 13th compiled book volume shipped on August 9. The series has more than
7.5 million copies in print (including digital sales).
The Touch baseball
manga ran in Shogakukan's Weekly Shōnen Magazine from 1981 to 1986. The series inspired a television anime in 1985, which
received several television special and film sequels. The manga also inspired a
live-action film in 2005.
