Risa Aizawa Joins Cast of The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. 'Conclusion' Anime
The staff of the "concluding" anime for Shūichi Asō's The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. (Saiki Kusuo no Psi Nan) manga revealed on Monday that Dempagumi.inc member Risa Aizawa will voice the character Aiko Mikami in the special. Aizawa previously performed theme songs for both The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. anime seasons as part of Dempagumi.inc.

The anime will be a 55-minute television special that will premiere on December 28 on TV Tokyo and its affiliate channels.
The first season of anime shorts premiered in July 2016. Funimation streamed the anime series under the title The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.with English subtitles as it aired in Japan, and also streamed an English broadcast dub for the series. The second anime season premiered in January, and ended in June. The final episode teased a sequel for the anime.
The manga also inspired a live-action film that opened in Japan in October 2017, and the Saiki Kusuo no Psi Nan: Bōsō Bōsō! Psychic Battle app that launched with an original story on April 16.
The original manga centers on a high school boy named Kusuo Saiki. He possesses supernatural powers that cause unfortunate events in his everyday life.
Asō launched the manga in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in 2012, and ended it on February 26. Asō launched a four-panel sequel manga in Weekly Shonen Jump on March 5.
